The product was packaged and shipped quickly. The metal bar is very strong and stable, the attachment is a hook instead of a ring – which required no hardware to attach but then it looks a bit scary to be around a hook-like hardware. The leather sling on first delivery has a defect that it looks weak on delivery and then on a normal load (50kg), it started to worn out quickly. I was able to connect to customer service thru phone and arrange to get a replacement for the sling (though I have to pay shipping fee) The replacement arrived quickly, and I have been using it for a few times already, the leather is sturdy and quite comfortable. I assumed the first one was just anomaly that I was unfortunate to get it.

The item is not of very good quality. The finishes are average and it is complicated to install correctly…I will not use it for my Love Room.

The sling came faster than expected. It’s real leather, which is great, but it was a bit stiff at first. After conditioning it, it’s much better. I wish the straps were slightly longer, but it’s working great overall.

Honestly, it’s better than I thought it would be. It’s held up through multiple uses, and I’m about 180 lbs. The material feels strong, but I’d suggest adding some padding for extended use.
