Which leather

Lambskin is the softest and lightest, with a close drape. Best for a jacket worn mostly indoors to out.
Sheepskin has more body and structure, often with a semi-aniline finish that shows the grain.
Goatskin is light and firm with a fine pebble grain.
Shearling has the wool on the inside for winter warmth.

Fit and sizing
Choose your size from the drop-down when you order. We email an order confirmation listing the bust, shoulder and sleeve measurements for that size so you can check the fit. Reply if you need an adjustment or a size that is not listed. A biker jacket is cut to sit close; size up only if you want to layer a knit underneath.
Care
Store it on a wide hanger away from heat and sunlight. Condition the leather two or three times a year and wipe marks with a barely damp cloth. Do not machine wash.

How should a women’s leather jacket fit? Close through the shoulder and bust with room to raise your arms, and it should sit flat when zipped. Lambskin gives a little with wear.
Lambskin or sheepskin? Lambskin for softness and a body-skimming drape, sheepskin for a jacket that holds more structure.
