This is very thick heavy leather . It is very stiff. I will have to condition and soften it . It just needs to be conditioned and softened up . I use swave hair conditioner and put the leather in the washer run on hot water with a whole bottle of swave hair conditioner stop the washer before the rinse cycle let it soak for an hour then without rinsing put it in the dryer on fluff for an hour with a towel. Then rub it down good with ” leather
