The men’s biker jacket, the asymmetric-zip style first made for motorcycling, is still the most worn leather jacket there is. Ours are made to your size in a range of hides and finishes.
What makes it a biker jacket

An off-centre zip that runs diagonally across the chest
A snap-down lapel so the collar can fold flat or button across
A short body that ends at the waist
Zip cuffs, zip pockets and often a waist belt or side buckles

Leather and weight

Cowhide, semi-aniline or pull-up finish, is the heavyweight choice for a jacket that takes real use and ages with character.
Sheepskin is lighter with a smooth hand, easier to wear day to day.
Goatskin sits in between, light but firm with a natural pebble grain.
Lambskin is the softest, best for a fashion-first jacket.

Details to choose
Notch, band or shirt collar; quilted or plain shoulders; two to six outside pockets; quilted viscose or polyester lining; some with a removable liner. The product page lists them for each jacket.
Fit and sizing
A biker jacket is built to sit close, with the zip lying flat and the hem at the waist. Choose your size from the drop-down at checkout. We email an order confirmation with the chest, shoulder and sleeve measurements for that size, and you can reply for an adjustment or a size that is not listed. Size up one if you will wear a hoodie under it.
Care
Keep it on a wide hanger away from heat, condition two or three times a year, and let it dry naturally if it gets wet.
Common questions
Is a fashion biker jacket safe for riding? A plain leather jacket gives some abrasion protection but has no armour. For real protection, pick a jacket with CE armour pockets, or wear a separate armoured layer.
Why is the zip off to one side? It lets the jacket fold across the chest when leaning forward on a bike, and it removes a cold seam down the centre.
Cowhide or sheepskin? Cowhide for durability and a heavier hang, sheepskin for a lighter jacket you can wear every day.
